Welcome to RoomAI ("App"). By using the App, you agree to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"), which govern your use of the App.

We, GonCall, grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not sublicense, assign, or transfer this license without our prior written consent.

The App may contain links to third-party websites, applications, and services. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any third-party content or for any damage or loss incurred in connection with your use of any third-party website, application or service.

5. User Conduct​

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these TOS. You may not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to, promoting or facilitating illegal activity, transmitting spam, junk mail or other unsolicited messages, or manipulating the App or its users.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability​

We do not warrant that the App will meet your expectations or that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of the App or any third-party content.
